Our 2 marinas located on the protected south bay of North Sandy Pond provide 78 slips with excellent dockage for boats to 36 ft. Our marina members enjoy many benefits!   Our full hookup slips offer dockside elec., water, and cable tv.  All members enjoy free parking, clean private restrooms w/showers, BBQ grills & picnic tables & free use of our boat launch.  The new State Park at Sandy Island Beach is a short walk from our marinas - as are area restaurants & pubs. Also close by are shops, campgrounds, golf, hotels, and much more!

 



 Our marina season runs May 1 - Oct.1.  We do not charge a per foot rate. Seasonal slip fees range from $675 - $1150/year, depending on the size of the slip. The no hookup slips are $675 - $725/season, and the full hookup slips range from $900 - $1150/year.  Our marinas fill up each year, so please contact us early to reserve your slip. NOTE: We do have a couple slips currently available for the 2010 season. Reserve yours now! Please come enjoy a wonderful boating season on Lake Ontario & Sandy Pond. Once you enjoy a summer with us we are quite sure you will want to return each season.



We offer rampmaster docking for jet skis (PWC) that provides safe, secure, out of water dockage and the cost is just $300/season. If you have a boat in our marinas it's $200/season.
