Sandy Pond Resorts is pleased to present the opportunity for very affordable ownership of a lovely new manufactured home at Sandy Pond Estates - our private membership, seasonal mobile home community. Residents of Sandy Pond Estates are adults in their mid-40's or older. Most are retirees, or planning to do so within a few years. Only new homes are allowed to be placed in our park. Our customers may select from a variety of new single wide or double wide manufactured homes. Various models & floor plans are available to you, and prices for a nice 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath singlewide will run in the mid $30,000 range.
All homes come complete with beautiful new appliances, gas furnaces, drapes & window treatments, your choice of carpet & tile styles & colors, as well as a wide variety of options to choose from. New home prices can range from as little as about $28,000 to over $75,000. There are several nice homes that work very well as vacation/retirement homes in our park. However, You have alot of flexability, and can choose any model you like. When purchasing your new home size, floor plan, options & features are all up to you.

Once your new home is set up in Sandy Pond Estates the annual fee is just $1750 for the season which runs April 15 - Oct. 15. This will cover lot rent, water, sewer, taxes, trash removal, common grounds maintenence & road maintenance. Cable TV and high speed internet service are available in our park.
Our clean, peaceful mobile home community, Sandy Pond Estates, is perfectly located - tucked away in a private, peaceful setting - yet just a walk or short drive to all area amenities!
